To ensure our commitment with both employer and employee, we have instituted a fail-safe hiring process. - Step One: Understand who you are, your goals, and how we can assist in meeting those goals.
- Step Two: Identify special skills, experience, and personality traits.
- Step Three: Identify company/candidates that have a need or may be of interest to the skills and experience established in Step Two.
- Step Four: Make sure candidate is suitable for the open position and can meet all job requirements. Once determined, propose an offer.
- Step Five: Monitor performance of employee throughout terms of contract.
We continually evaluate employees along the way to ensure client needs are being met. Once the contract is complete, we propose another offer or allow company to buy out of the employee contract. With our five step sourcing and scanning process for all new employees, we are able to effectively reduce the time and costs associated with the recruiting process and the loss of productivity to re-hire.
