We make sure the candidate is suitable for the open position and can meet all job requirements. Once determined, we propose an offer to the applicant.
We monitor the performance of every employee throughout the terms of contract. We also continually evaluate the employee to ensure that client needs are being met. Once contract is complete, we propose another offer for temporary employment or allow the company to buy out the existing employee contract.
