Our primary focus with Alpha is in the temporary employment arena. They have consistently provided us with temps who are pleasant, knowledgeable, and successful. We have also had great success with using Alpha to “payroll” former employees, when we need someone to consult for us on a project basis or during an unexpected bubble in our business. Alpha has competitive pricing. Their billing department provides us with easy to understand invoices. They are very flexible in working with us. My office is based in Massachusetts and our accounts payable office is based in Texas, which can occasionally prove to be cumbersome. They have always worked diligently with us to resolve any issues.
